Sword and Grace offers professional coaching services through scheduled, one-on-one virtual sessions. These sessions are designed to support clients in areas such as business growth, financial development, and business skills.
Coaching is not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. It is a forward-focused, goal-oriented partnership designed to support your growth and transformation.

Session Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Your session is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule:

Please give at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a reschedule or a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

No-shows will be treated as cancellations and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for cancellations made with sufficient notice (see section above).

No refunds will be issued for partially used packages, missed sessions, or dissatisfaction with the coaching process, as results depend on the client’s personal engagement and effort.

Coaching is a collaborative process. You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after sessions, including your choices, decisions, and actions.
We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes are based on individual commitment and follow-through.

Confidentiality
Your privacy matters. All information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., imminent harm to self or others, child abuse, etc.).

Technology Requirements
All sessions are held virtually via [Zoom, Google Meet, etc.]. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment during sessions.
